Contracted event costs and deposit schedule are based on your guarantee guest count • Deposit Schedule: • A deposit of 1/3 of the contract fee is required to reserve the date • This deoposit is non-refundable. The second installment of 1/3 of the contract fee will be due mid way between the signing of the contract and the date of the event • All Wedding balances are due one month prior to the event • The contract fee is inclusive of tax and service charges • Wedding Contracts cancelled within 60 days of the event are obligated to be paid in full and are non-refundable. On-site One Hour Ceremony Fee $600.00 • A final guaranteed count will be required upon the second installment • Insurance and health regulations prohibit guests from bringing any food or beverages into or out of Margaret Gardens, without express consent of Margaret Gardens • Margaret Gardens is a nonsmoking environment. An outside smoking area will be provided in the courtyard. • Charges for additional services such as horse and carriage, music, minister, special linens or chair treatments are due one month prior to event • The minimum charge for a Margaret Gardens Rose Package Wedding on Friday through Sunday is $4,700.00 • The minimum charge for a Margaret Gardens Orchid Package Wedding on Friday through Sunday is $5,500.00 • The Margaret Gardens Wedding Venue Package may only be reserved six months in advance of wedding date. Negotiations may be considered • Weddings held on Monday through Thursday will receive a 10% discount from contract fee
